Is VAT included?
Prices are shown ex-VAT. UK VAT at the standard rate is added at checkout.
What happens if I exceed my cap?
The next action that would push you over shows an inline upgrade prompt. No overage charges; you choose when to upgrade.
Can I downgrade?
Yes, at any time via Stripe. If you're over the new tier's caps, archive some jobs or employees first.
What happens on trial end?
Your card is charged for the tier you picked. If payment fails, you get 7 days to fix it before the org is suspended. Data is retained for 30 days beyond cancellation.
Do employees see billing?
No. Only OWNER-role users can see or manage billing.
